En seguida despu‚s the su vuelta de Roma, ellos se tomaron la tarea de compilar un manual - una exposici¢n de brujer¡a y un c¢digo de pro- cedimiento para la detecci¢n y castigo de brujas. Completado en 1486, fu‚ llamado El Martillo de Brujas. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - El m‚todo para empezar la examinaci¢n con tortura es como sigue: primero, los carceleros preparan los implementos de tortura, entonces desnudan al prisionero (si es una mujer, ya ha sido desnudada por otras mujeres, [honestas y de buena alcurnia. Este desnudamiento es por si tienen alg£n medio de brujer¡a que hayan cosido dentro de sus ropas-como es com£n, ense¤ado por el Diablo, que ellos preparan de cuerpos de infantes no bautizados, [asecinados], ellos pueden perder el derecho a la salvaci¢n. Y cuando los implementos de tortura han sido preparados, el juez, tanto en persona como a trav‚s de otros buenos hombres celosos de la f‚, trata de persuadir a los prisioneros de confesar la verdad libremente; pero, si ‚l no confiesa, ‚l les pide a los ayudantes que lo aten al strappado o alg£n otro implemento de tortura. Los ayudantes obedecen en el acto, aunque con fingida agitaci¢n. Entonces, en la plegaria de alguno de los presentes, el prisionero es soltado de nuevo y es puesto a un lado y una vez mas persuadido a confesar, haciendole creer que si el lo hace, en ese caso no ser  ejecutado. Aqu¡ el puede ser interrogado por el juez, en el caso de un prisionero muy difamado, convicto tanto por testigos y pruebas, sin nada que falte salvo sus propia confesi¢n, y que pueda llevarlo a esperar que su vida sea perdonada cuando hasta si ‚l confiesa su crimen, ‚l ser  castigado con la muerte. Puede contestarse que las opiniones var¡an. Algunos sostienen que hasta una bruja de enferma reputaci¢n, contra quien las evidencias justifican violenta sospecha, y quien, como un cabecilla de las brujas, es considerada muy peli grosa, puede ser asegurada que vivir , y que en cambio ser  condenada a pri- si¢n perpetua a pan y agua, en el caso de que ella de seguro y convincente testimonio en contra de otras brujas; aunque esta pena de prisi¢n perpetua no se le debe anunciar, pero s¢lo que su vida ser  perdonada, y que ella ser  castigada de alguna otra manera, talvez con el exilio. Y sin duda que tales notorias brujas, espcialmente aquellas que preparan posiones o que por m‚todos m gicos curan a los embrujados, ser  entonces peculiarmente indicado a ser as¡ preservada, de manera de ayudar a los embrujados o acusar a otras brujas, donde si no que sus acusaciones pueden ser confiadas, desde que el Diablo es un mentiroso, hasta que se confirme por pruebas y evidencias. Otros sostienen, hasta este punto, que por un tiempo la promesa hecha a la bruja sentenciada a prision ser  cumplida, pero despu‚s de un tiempo ella deber  ser quemada. Una tercera postura es, que el juez pueda prometer con seguridad a las brujas, s¢lo si ‚l despu‚s se arrepiente por pronunciar la sentencia y deja a otro hacer esto en su lugar.... Pero s¡, ni por las amenzas ni por las promesas como ‚stas, la bruja puede ser inducida a contar la verdad, entonces los carceleros deben llevar a cabo la sentencia, y torturar el/la prisionero/a de acuerdo con los m‚todos aceptados, con m s o menos severidad como el crimen del delincuente demande. Y, mientras ‚l/ella est  siendo torturado, debe ser interrogado sobre los art¡culos de la acusaci¢n, y esto frecuente y persistentemente, empezando con los cargos leves y-porque ‚l/ella se sentira mas predispuesto a confesar los leves m s que los graves. Y, mientras esto se est  haciendo, el notario debe anotar todo en su registro del juicio - como el/la prisionero/a es torturado, en que puntos el es cuestionado y como el/ella responde. Y notarle que, si ‚l/ella confiesan en la tortura, ‚l/ella debe, despu‚s, ser llevado/a a otro lugar, que ‚l/ella confirme y certifique que no fu‚ debido s¢lo a la fuerza de la tortura. Pero, si el prisionero no confesase la verdad satisfactoriamente, otros tipos de torturas deben serle puestos delante, con la afirmaci¢n de que si no confi esa la verdad, ‚l/ella debera soportar estos tambi‚n. Pero, si ni as¡ ‚l/ella puede ser llevado dentro del terror y la verdad, entonces el pr¢ximo d¡a o el siguiente, pero uno, deber  ser decidido por una continuaci¢n de las torturas - no una repetici¢n, porque no deben ser repetidas si no se producen nuevas evidencias. El juez debe entonces dirigirse a los prisioners con la siguiente sentencia: Nosotros, el juez, etc., lo/a asignamos a tal y tal d¡a por la continuaci¢n de las torturas, que de su propia boca la verdad sea escuchada y que todo sea anotado por el notario. Y durante el intervalo, antes del d¡a asignado, el juez, en persona o a trav‚s de hombres aprobados, debe en la manera antes descripta tratar de persuadir al/a prisionero/a de confesar prometi‚ndole (si hay algo que ganar de esta promesa) que su vida ser  perdonada. El juez deber  ver por ello, y es m s, que a trav‚s de este intervalo guardias est‚n constantemente con el prisionero, as¡ ‚l/ella no est  s¢lo/a; porque ‚l/ella ser  visitado/a por el Di y tentado/a al suicidio. I've been always good and careful, I've never jeopardized my freedom doing illegal things like: phreaking, hacking, spreading virii, rogue coding, etc. I've never supported piracy nor did I commit any type of fraud inspired by underground, clandestine, lectures and/or moods. I have never contributed to the circulation of dishonest information like: kiddy porn, explosive's recipes, witchcraft texts and the like...altho- uhg one "/magik" directory on my former system always was there keeping on growing, I have always being selective w/the files on it, letting there only texts of the occult w/no connections to witchcraft.
