Sure, we released chaos #1 yesterday and it turns out Rogan-X released a song originally by Stone in 97, he fessed up without any complaint explaining that he never thought it would be released, i told him it was a little late and even if he had never wanted it to be released, he had still put his information into it and taken credit for it. So as per cia policy he is no longer a member of our music department. I encourage people to check out the music disk anyway, cause the other shit is good :)

I have taken care of the matter and have excommunicated him from cia and have re-packaged the chaos disk. What can you say? For him being a rather intelligent person what he did was coherently stupid. The only reason he gave me was cause he wanted to be in the dept. So he has been severed from all cia affiliation. Like Napalm said ripping will not be tolerated . Still however the disk does have good tracks done by Nihl Mystical and Pt I suggest you go pick it up :)

This brings up an interesting point. Does the guy deserve to be so severely booted out of CIA? So the guy ripped a song and made himself look like an ass. Still, why does that necessarily translate into his being released from Scrollz? I know I'll take heat from this, but I don't really care. I don't see why rippers are so severely fucked over, especially in Rogan-X's case in which he admitted the deed up front and accepted responsibility. Some other punishment in Scrollz, such as a suspension, should be in order.

Argon: i think it's more of a question of.. well, all underground artscene try to be as original as they can, save for the ansi d00dleb0yz who do comic rips.. but for the mostpart, they're original. so if one group doesn't enforce their policy of no ripping, soon everyone'll be doing it. he may have done it in good faith, but still.. would you want someone taking one of your poems, changing the title (or not) and putting their name on it? i think not. it's also a question of if he ripped a song from an old phluid pack, what else has he ripped, or would he rip? that may be the case in why he was booted out of scrollz.. *shrug*

that's my two cents for today. stay tuned some other day for my next two cents.

In response to BD: dude.. that's the reason he gave you? no, wait.. you're right.. i was there when he said that. that is like total fuckin' bullshit.. i mean, he didn't need to rip a song to be in the music dept.. he was already in! if he wasn't good enough, ^pt^ wouldn't have accepted him.. so that excuse amounts to a total zero, when you think about it.. if you want to get better, you don't fake it and rip someone else's piece of art.. you practice and get better yourself.

another thing.. i don't know if he d/led the music disk or not, but if he saw his song in there, why did he not say anything? if it wasn't supposed to be in there in the first place, and he saw it, why did he not say anything? he waited until you guys caught him, more than likely hoping no one would be the wiser.. that's another question to bare in mind. anyways..

* side note: there goes my two cents again! heh.

Argon: Unfortunately it's group policy. I did not make the decision lightly I talked to both mre, napalm, de and pt about it which that is half the staff if ya didnt know it. It would be wrong for us to let him stay in the group. An I tell you I didn't want to do it either. Cause it also made me do a bunch of extra work. However will I ever let him back into scrollz or cia I dunno. He has lost his credibilty as a person that can produce original work. An without credibilty he is nothing. I dunno maybe in 3 months or so he can reapply but his position was stripped and given to klumzee and I dunno Thats all I can do right now is kick him out. Cause people will only question every single thing he does now and Scrollz and Cia Doesnt need a black cloud like that to hinder them

Seriously. For weeks Rogan was constantly sending out his ripped work to people and he was always bugging me to release. He had no intention to reveal that he ripped the song. We do not need people like this in our group.

ahahaha. ok that whole "roganx said he didn't mean to release it" line is total utter bullshit. if he did hand it out claming it's his, he IS liar. and i think she should be kicked outta scrollz too. for ripping, and playing cia members for chumps.

rogan-x if you're reading this, you're a no talent wanna-be. grow up, get out, and stay the hell out of the scene.

filth, read the damn messages, he was kicked out of scrollz and all of cia :)

Filth: Yeah. I was booted from CIA, you cunt. So? I am reading it, and as for no-telent, that may be true. I am growing up, (the hard way) and as for getting out, umm.. Yeah. Without credibility, as BD said, and as I know, people are pretty much worth zip.

I'd spent all this time talkin' 'respect' and all, and then I go and blow it. Maybe for a cause, and maybe not. Maybe it's a wakeup call for some people and then again, maybe I'm just a cheesy motherfucker with no talent.

But that's on the wrong side of the clock, y'know?

No I'm not bitter, man. I got what I deserved. Honestly, I don't really think about stuff sometimes. This happened to be one of those cases. A'right? In fact, I only use about 2% of my brain, and not that often. I'm a lazy person, mostly.

Enough self-debasement. I'm just gonna say a few sentences and then kaput, fini, over, out.. M-k0y?

It's a case of how seriously I take things. Most people would BEG to be let back in, given a sliver of a chance. Most guys, having done what I'd done would try to deny it in the face of bald facts. Most fools, and I mean *most*, would even try to exonerate themselves. I personally do not give a fuck about credibility in 'the scene', because 'the scene' has about as much weight in real life as a dead fly.
I say to hell with all that shit. I was there, in the thick of things for long enough to see what a cesspool is being propagated by a bunch of zealots and churls. I laughed almost every time someone's ego got stepped on by a bigger ego. All in fun, 'cuz it can't really hurt anyone.
Now honestly, who else have I hurt? Possibly the musician (who, by the way, I really admire stylewise).. But really only myself. Oh, yeah.. The guys in CIA who I was stringing along. I apologize for that. (may not sound like it, but this is a roganized apology..)
Well, while I'm on the topic of hurt.. it couldn't HURT anybody to laugh a little.

there. rant complete. sorry for wastin' all y'time. I won't be reapplying for scrollz, I won't be joining any other groups, and I won't be bothering any of you ever again. it WAS fun. it WAS educational, and I had a good time. I hope y'all who got to know me the tiniest bit can remember positive shit (might be hard, but try).

over and outta here! -rx (remember: smoke crack and worship satan.)

someone say yo to c47-d09 for me.

first of all that you not caring about the scene, is a lie. why? well first of all, you bothered replying to all of this. 2nd, you tried to impress us by ripping.

and yeah napalm, i did read the messages, i was just agreeing. :)

zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

and id like to say that the scene does have some real life implications. I had my girlfriend guest release her first hirez pieces with hrg, i've met a member of acid (liongv) and some remorse members and a large part of lotek in person. I wanna go to acid con, except i cant drive :).... sometimes computers arent just computers, you hafta remember that theres another person on the opposite side of the ether.

and i plan on making a scene/europe tour in a few summers :) hitting all my scene friends... but i can dream.

Yeah, ripping 80's mods would have been better. It wouldn't matter if he got caught, he would have never made it into CIA in the first place =)

80's mods are baaaaaa-aaaaad

I was kind of scratching my head too as to why Rogan didn't resort to ripping from a circle a smidge further from our own. Maybe not as far as Aminet, but Hornet has several gigabytes of tracked tunes to choose from. =0

Radman: If he lacks the intelligence to do original work it doesn't surprise me at all
